Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions our customers ask most about container houses, ordering and delivery. If your question is not listed here, contact us directly.

1. If I don’t have a design drawing, can you provide a personalised design?

Yes. Send us your site size, layout needs and intended use, and our engineers will prepare a personalised floor plan and configuration for your confirmation before production.

2.Do you accept container house loading inspection?

Yes. Third-party loading inspection (such as SGS or BV) is accepted. We will arrange the inspection at our factory before shipment, and the report is provided for your reference.

3.How long is your delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the configuration, quantity and destination. A confirmed schedule is provided with the quotation; for standard units we normally ship within the time agreed at order.

4.What is the MOQ?

For standard products the MOQ is flexible and small orders are accepted. For fully customized projects, the MOQ and terms are confirmed at order.

5.Is it difficult to build a prefab house?

No. The units are prefabricated in the factory and delivered as ready modules. On-site work is mainly assembly and connection; installation guidance and drawings are provided with the delivery.

1.Can you please guide the installation?

Yes. We provide installation guidance including drawings, video and remote support. On-site supervision can also be arranged for larger projects.

2.How do you guarantee quality?

We control quality at every stage from raw material to finished module. Material certificates (MTC) and inspection records are available on request, and factory inspection is welcome before shipment.

3.If our losses are caused by your reasons, will we be compensated?

Yes. If losses are caused by our reasons, we will compensate according to the terms agreed in the contract. All claims are handled case by case with the contract as the basis.
