Container houses are a very convenient and practical temporary building, widely used in various fields due to their high flexibility, convenient and fast installation and movement, beautiful and fashionable appearance, and other advantages. As dormitories, offices, factories, sales offices, homestays, apartments, shops and other public places, the fire prevention of container houses is also highly valued. So what fire prevention techniques do you need to master when using container houses?

  1. Clearly implement fire safety responsibilities, enhance the fire awareness of users, do a good job in daily fire training, and fundamentally implement fire safety to everyone.
  2. During the construction of container houses, open flame operations such as welding and gas welding should be kept away from the walls, and heat and ignition sources should be kept at a certain distance from the steel plates. If it is necessary to set up a kitchen inside the container house, a heating layer must be installed, and fire-resistant rock wool sandwich materials must be added to the walls.
  3. When setting up the circuit, wires and cables cannot pass directly through the wall. If it is necessary to pass through the wall, protective sleeves must be installed. Switches and sockets should use galvanized metal boxes and be installed in an exposed manner.
  4. Each house must be equipped with qualified leakage protection devices and short-circuit overload switches. If used as a dormitory, doors and windows should be opened outward, and the beds should not be placed too densely, leaving enough passage area.
  5. The setting of lighting fixtures should be kept at a certain distance from the wall. Electronic ballasts should be used for lighting fluorescent lamps, and coil inductive ballasts should not be used. When the wire passes through the wall of the color steel sandwich panel, it should be covered with a non combustible plastic tube.
  6. It is prohibited to use open flames inside container houses, and to use them as distribution rooms or warehouses for flammable and explosive materials. It is best not to use high-power appliances such as electric heaters to avoid the danger of overloading the circuit. 7、
Container houses should be equipped with a certain number of fire extinguishers in accordance with fire safety regulations, install indoor fire hydrants, and ensure that the water flow and pressure meet the requirements. The most important thing is to use rock wool with good fire resistance as the sandwich material for the wall panel, which is the fundamental method of fire prevention.

Regarding the fire prevention issues of container houses, ultimately it depends on individual fire awareness. Starting from every small matter, such as turning off the power switch and not littering cigarette butts when going out, we should start from daily details to ensure our personal and property safety.
